Our innovative packaging solutions guarantee that your Indian food is delivered to you chilled, maintaining its freshness as if it never left the fridge. This ensures that all the produce arrives in the freshest possible condition for your enjoyment.
For both small to large orders, we include reusable ice packs to maintain refrigerator temperatures within your box for over 48 hours. This ensures that the contents remain fresh and chilled throughout the delivery.
We are dedicated to safeguarding our food by ensuring that all of our packaging is entirely recyclable through standard kerbside recycling programs. While we encourage you to reuse items such as boxes and ice packs whenever feasible, we have taken measures to make sure that our packaging materials can be recycled easily.

Contact our customer service via call or email to clarify delivery arrangements during holiday and bank holiday periods, as our delivery schedule may change during those times.
Free shipping is available for orders exceeding £45.
If you wish to schedule delivery for a specific day after the earliest delivery date, please contact us.
At checkout, you have the option to select Saturday shipping for a small additional fee.
Please provide any shipping instructions, such as leaving the package in the porch, in the notes box on the basket page.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email. Our couriers will contact you on the morning of the delivery day via email or SMS. They will provide a 1-hour delivery slot, which can be adjusted according to your preferences
